Dr. Arun Kumar Bhagat has
now notified that the seminar will be held on
6-7 APRIL 2013 AT THE SAME PLACE IN DELHI. The papers can be
submitted in either Hindi or English.
Deadlines: Abstract
upto 14 March, full paper submission up to 31 March. Intimation
for accepting the abstract will be communicated upto 21 March 2013. Rest
of details are as they were.
